Before you negotiate, know what the field pays
Montessori compensation is largely invisible, which is precisely how it stays low. The Montessori Pay Transparency Project, a project of The Peace Rebellion, an independent nonprofit, is building the public dataset that has never existed.
Submissions are anonymous, they are never attached to your profile or account on MatchHub, and no school or employer ever sees your response.
